Job Responsibilities
  1. Model Development & Training: Build predictive models, deep learning networks, and generative AI solutions
  2. Data Preparation: Collect, clean, preprocess, and manage large datasets to ensure high accuracy and remove data bias.
  3. Production Deployment: Integrate AI models into software applications, web services, and APIs for real-world use
  4. System Monitoring & Maintenance: Track model performance, re-train systems with new data
  5. Collaboration & Strategy: Work with software developers, and business leaders to align AI capabilities with commercial and operational goals.
  6. Ethics & Security: Implement safety and ensure compliance with AI governance policies
Age Bracket 24-35
Min Qualification Required
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Certification in AI (preferred)
  3. Programming Languages: Mastery of Python is mandatory. Knowledge of C++, R, or Java is frequently required for system optimization.
  4. Competency in SQL
Preference if Any
  1. Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies
  2. Hands-on AI knowledge
  3. Can develop AI applications on their own
  4. Train employees on AI tools which can be suited to their job
